{"id":26618,"date":"2015-04-02T10:36:28","date_gmt":"2015-04-02T14:36:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/?p=26618"},"modified":"2023-06-03T14:58:11","modified_gmt":"2023-06-03T18:58:11","slug":"lutter-contre-le-harcelement-sexuel-et-les-autres-formes-de-harcelement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/nouvelles\/lutter-contre-le-harcelement-sexuel-et-les-autres-formes-de-harcelement\/","title":{"rendered":"Lutter contre le harc\u00e8lement sexuel et les autres formes de harc\u00e8lement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Suite aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements r\u00e9cents, la Guilde s\u2019efforce de trouver de meilleures fa\u00e7ons d\u2019aider ses membres victimes de harc\u00e8lement au travail.<\/p>\n<p>Si les plaintes officielles pour harc\u00e8lement sexuel sont rares, nous avons mis au jour certains obstacles qui emp\u00eachent les gens de porter plainte. Les victimes du harc\u00e8lement, qui sont souvent des femmes, peuvent craindre qu\u2019une enqu\u00eate, avec l\u2019intrusion qu\u2019elle entra\u00eenerait dans leur vie priv\u00e9e, soit plus dommageable que le fait de ne pas signaler un probl\u00e8me. On sait \u00e9galement que les emplois temporaires et la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi compliquent encore les choses. Mais nous sommes bien d\u00e9cid\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver des solutions, notamment en cr\u00e9ant des milieux de travail o\u00f9 les gens se sentent habilit\u00e9s \u00e0 parler.<\/p>\n<p>Nous vous demandons donc de nous aider \u00e0 lutter en faveur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi et de conditions permettant \u00e0 toutes les travailleuses et tous les travailleurs de s\u2019exprimer, et de signaler les comportements et commentaires inappropri\u00e9s que vous observez.<\/p>\n<p>Formes d\u2019intimidation : de nombreux comportements constituent des formes de harc\u00e8lement, des regards suggestifs au chantage \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, en passant par les commentaires d\u00e9plac\u00e9s. En voici une liste, dress\u00e9e par la Commission ontarienne des droits de la personne : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/2014\/12\/16\/definir-le-harcelement-sexuel\/\">http:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/2014\/12\/16\/definir-le-harcelement-sexuel\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Si c\u2019est, en d\u00e9finitive, \u00e0 l\u2019employeur qu\u2019il revient de veiller \u00e0 ce que le milieu de travail soit accueillant et exempt de toute forme de harc\u00e8lement, nous avons nous aussi \u2013 \u00e0 titre de membres du syndicat et de la collectivit\u00e9 des travailleurs \u2013 un r\u00f4le essentiel \u00e0 jouer.<\/p>\n<p>-Lorsqu\u2019une personne va trop loin : il appartient \u00e0 chacun d\u2019entre nous de s\u2019\u00e9lever contre son comportement, ce qui peut aller d\u2019une intervention imm\u00e9diate jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la soumission d\u2019un rapport pouvant d\u00e9boucher sur une enqu\u00eate officielle.<\/p>\n<p>-Faisons de la lutte contre le harc\u00e8lement une priorit\u00e9 : Chaque milieu de travail et chaque service est diff\u00e9rent. Vous savez mieux que quiconque quelle est la meilleure approche \u00e0 adopter en fonction des circonstances.<\/p>\n<p>Voici ce sur quoi la Guilde est en train de travailler :<\/p>\n<p>-Cr\u00e9er de nouvelles options favorisant le\u00a0 d\u00e9p\u00f4t de plaintes par les membres\/employ\u00e9-e-s dans le domaine de travail qui leur est propre (en sus des proc\u00e9dures existantes pour le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de plaintes). Nous avons besoin d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure qui prot\u00e8ge la vie priv\u00e9e et qui prenne en compte la peur des r\u00e9percussions n\u00e9gatives;<\/p>\n<p>-\u00c9tablir un r\u00e9seau officiel plus vaste de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s syndicaux de la Guilde;<\/p>\n<p>-Former les militants de la Guilde, les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et les membres \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer les diverses formes de harc\u00e8lement au travail et \u00e0 y faire face de mani\u00e8re efficace;<\/p>\n<p>-Donner aux membres davantage d\u2019occasions de se rencontrer, de se soutenir et de profiter de leur exp\u00e9rience commune (notamment au moyen de r\u00e9unions, haltes-accueil et s\u00e9ances de formation);<\/p>\n<p>-Demander \u00e0 nos employeurs de prendre des mesures pour cr\u00e9er des milieux de travail conviviaux et exempts de harc\u00e8lement. En unissant nos efforts, nous pouvons nous opposer aux abus de pouvoir. Pour favoriser un climat de respect dans nos milieux de travail, nous devons toutes et tous mettre nos employeurs devant leurs responsabilit\u00e9s et nous venir mutuellement en aide;<\/p>\n<p>-Nous continuons \u00e0 coop\u00e9rer avec nos employeurs pour l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de meilleures proc\u00e9dures.<\/p>\n<p>Communiquez avec nous si vous \u00e9prouvez des difficult\u00e9s ou si vous avez des questions \u00e0 poser ou des suggestions \u00e0 faire.
