{"id":26665,"date":"2015-04-16T12:10:51","date_gmt":"2015-04-16T16:10:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/?p=26665"},"modified":"2023-06-03T14:58:07","modified_gmt":"2023-06-03T18:58:07","slug":"la-guilde-canadienne-des-medias-sengage-a-travailler-avec-cbcradio-canada-pour-arreter-le-harcelement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/nouvelles\/la-guilde-canadienne-des-medias-sengage-a-travailler-avec-cbcradio-canada-pour-arreter-le-harcelement\/","title":{"rendered":"La Guilde canadienne des m\u00e9dias s\u2019engage \u00e0 travailler avec CBC\/Radio-Canada pour arr\u00eater le harc\u00e8lement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Guilde canadienne des m\u00e9dias appr\u00e9cie les recommandations visant des actions pour faire en sorte que le lieu de travail soit s\u00e9curitaire et sans harc\u00e8lement, qui sont contenues dans le rapport publi\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui par la direction de CBC\/Radio-Canada relativement \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate sur les all\u00e9gations au lieu de travail concernant Jian Ghomeshi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous appuyons tous les efforts qui visent \u00e0 assurer que nos lieux de travail sont sans harc\u00e8lement, tout en faisant en sorte que le processus pour obtenir de l\u2019aide soit clair, \u00e9quitable et efficace, d\u00e9clare Carmel Smyth, Pr\u00e9sidente nationale de la Guilde. Personne ne devrait \u00eatre assujetti \u00e0 du harc\u00e8lement au travail en 2015.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport Rubin met en \u00e9vidence de nombreux enjeux qui entravent les employ\u00e9s quand vient le temps de d\u00e9poser des plaintes formelles en cas de harc\u00e8lement. Ces enjeux sont notamment la peur de repr\u00e9sailles et la perte subs\u00e9quente de confidentialit\u00e9, qui peuvent sembler plus dommageable que le fait de ne pas rapporter les probl\u00e8mes au travail. Les recommandations visant \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre ces questions, dont la nomination d\u2019un-e ombudsman ind\u00e9pendant-e dot\u00e9-e de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 d\u2019enqu\u00eater sur les plaintes et de la responsabilit\u00e9 de garder l\u2019information confidentielle, sont positives. Toute mesure que nous pouvons prendre pour veiller \u00e0 ce que quiconque a des pr\u00e9occupations est habilit\u00e9-e \u00e0 parler, et est en mesure de trouver une mani\u00e8re claire et simple de le faire, sera b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour tout le monde.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes heureux de voir la reconnaissance dans le rapport que la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi des travailleurs occasionnels et temporaires contribue \u00e0 un manque de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 parce qu\u2019il est encore plus difficile pour eux de s\u2019exprimer au sujet de probl\u00e8mes au travail. Nous travaillerons pour nous assurer qu\u2019un lieu de travail s\u00e9curitaire et sans harc\u00e8lement soit une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 pour tous les travailleurs chez le diffuseur public, et nous avons h\u00e2te de nous pencher sur les pr\u00e9occupations pr\u00e9cises des travailleurs non permanents avec la direction de CBC\/Radio-Canada. En outre, nous saluons les recommandations qui visent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le soutien pour le personnel de niveau sup\u00e9rieur et de supervision afin de les habiliter \u00e0 faire leur travail de mani\u00e8re efficace en leur donnant les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour confronter les situations difficiles.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis que ces enjeux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en lumi\u00e8re, la Guilde s\u2019est employ\u00e9e \u00e0 revoir son approche en ce qui a trait \u00e0 la repr\u00e9sentation des membres faisant face au harc\u00e8lement au travail et a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un protocole plus complet pour veiller \u00e0 ce que les membres aient le soutien dont ils ont besoin et que les probl\u00e8mes au lieu de travail soient trait\u00e9s. Nous avons h\u00e2te de travailler avec CBC\/Radio-Canada sur ses propres proc\u00e9d\u00e9s pour ce qui est de rapporter le comportement abusif au travail et de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des enqu\u00eates.
