Votre \u00e9quipe de n\u00e9gociation de la Guilde a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une proposition d\u2019augmentations salariales qui verrait des ajustements dans les \u00e9chelles salariales cette ann\u00e9e et ensuite des augmentations globales de 2% chaque ann\u00e9e pour les trois ans qui suivent. Nous avons aussi propos\u00e9 des augmentations aux per diem pour les d\u00e9placements. Nous n\u2019avons pas encore obtenu de r\u00e9ponse de la part de la direction sur ces propositions.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une nouvelle proposition sur les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires afin de chercher un compromis, suite au refus de la direction de notre proposition originale. Tel que discut\u00e9 lors de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e des membres la semaine derni\u00e8re, nous avons tent\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier une semaine de travail de 35 heures sans \u00e9talement des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires sur deux semaines. Notre proposition imposerait \u00e9galement aux gestionnaires le devoir de donner un pr\u00e9avis de deux semaines pour changer les jours de travail dans la semaine. Nous tentons d\u2019\u00e9viter la situation o\u00f9 vous \u00eates appel\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler la fin de semaine et que d\u2019autres jours de cong\u00e9 vous sont impos\u00e9s \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute tout simplement pour \u00e9viter que les heures travaill\u00e9es d\u00e9passent 70 heures sur les deux semaines, \u00e9vitant ainsi \u00e0 TFO de vous payer des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, la direction n\u2019est pas du tout d\u2019accord.<\/p>\n<p>Elle pr\u00e9tend d\u2019ailleurs que nous disposons d\u2019une grande libert\u00e9 en ce qui concerne les heures travaill\u00e9es, m\u00eame si elle veut conserver le droit d\u2019imposer des cong\u00e9s et m\u00eame si cela pose des inconv\u00e9nients pour les productions. Nous avons expliqu\u00e9 que la majorit\u00e9 des membres de la Guilde ne disposent pas d\u2019une grande flexibilit\u00e9 sur les heures de travail (exemples\u00a0: l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Flip, une \u00e9mission en direct, et les animateurs Mini qui doivent s\u2019adapter aux horaires de tournage) et constatons que la direction profite de l\u2019\u00e9talement des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires sur deux semaines pour \u00e9viter de payer la prime de 1,5 fois le taux de salaire de base.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas \u00e7a, la libert\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Notre proposition servirait de mieux reconna\u00eetre la flexibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019engagement dont nous faisons preuve afin de favoriser l\u2019\u00e9panouissement de TFO. Nous sommes d\u00e9\u00e7us par le manque d\u2019ouverture de la direction sur cette question. Pour notre part, nous songeons toujours \u00e0 des solutions qui pourraient mener \u00e0 un consensus.<\/p>\n<p>Notre prochaine rencontre avec la direction est pr\u00e9vue pour le 21 avril prochain.
