{"id":29031,"date":"2017-12-19T14:59:23","date_gmt":"2017-12-19T19:59:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/?p=29031"},"modified":"2023-06-03T14:52:36","modified_gmt":"2023-06-03T18:52:36","slug":"hausse-liee-au-cout-de-la-vie-autorisee-pour-les-employes-de-radio-canadacbc-qui-recoivent-des-prestations-dassurance-invalidite-de-longue-duree","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/nouvelles\/hausse-liee-au-cout-de-la-vie-autorisee-pour-les-employes-de-radio-canadacbc-qui-recoivent-des-prestations-dassurance-invalidite-de-longue-duree\/","title":{"rendered":"Hausse li\u00e9e au co\u00fbt de la vie autoris\u00e9e pour les employ\u00e9s de Radio-Canada\/CBC qui re\u00e7oivent des prestations d\u2019assurance-invalidit\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Votre Comit\u00e9 consultatif sur les avantages sociaux (CCAS) a approuv\u00e9 une hausse li\u00e9e au co\u00fbt de la vie pour les employ\u00e9s de Radio-Canada\/CBC qui re\u00e7oivent des prestations pour invalidit\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e (ILD) mais qui ne sont pas admissibles \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation automatique de protection contre l\u2019inflation.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi, tous les membres en invalidit\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e &nbsp;au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2017 recevront une augmentation de 1,4 % \u00e0 compter du 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2018. L\u2019augmentation ponctuelle autoris\u00e9e par le CCAS \u00e0 sa r\u00e9union de d\u00e9cembre s\u2019applique aux employ\u00e9s qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 frapp\u00e9s d\u2019invalidit\u00e9 &nbsp;entre le 1er juillet 2002 et le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2016.&nbsp; Les personnes dont les prestations d\u2019assurance-invalidit\u00e9 datent d\u2019avant 2002 obtiennent automatiquement une protection contre l\u2019inflation.<\/p>\n<p>Les montants couvrant cette augmentation ponctuelle pour le co\u00fbt de la vie proviendront du surplus du fonds d\u2019invalidit\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis septembre 2015, le CCAS a utilis\u00e9 l\u2019argent du surplus pour r\u00e9duire temporairement nos primes ILD de 0,266 pour cent. Cela signifie que 1,234 % du salaire de base est retenu sur votre salaire, plut\u00f4t que le pourcentage entier de 1,5 % pr\u00e9vu pour l\u2019ILD. Nous passerons en revue les primes et subventions plus tard l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Subventionner les projets de mieux-\u00eatre au lieu de travail \u2013 r\u00e9vision des lignes directrices<br \/>\n<\/strong>Le CCAS a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre \u00e0 jour les lignes directrices &nbsp;pour les unit\u00e9s locales dont les membres qui souhaitent mettre en place des initiatives locales de mieux-\u00eatre. Le CCAS a des fonds disponibles pour subventionner des projets locaux relativement peu chers dirig\u00e9s par les employ\u00e9s au lieu de travail. Par exemple, par le pass\u00e9 nous avons aid\u00e9 quelques unit\u00e9s locales \u00e0 acheter des tapis d\u2019exercice afin de permettre aux employ\u00e9s de Radio-Canada\/CBC de faire des exercices sur l\u2019heure d\u00eener. Les fonds sont disponibles, mais cela fait un bout de temps que nous n\u2019avons pas rappel\u00e9 aux unit\u00e9s locales l\u2019existence de cette assistance, ni examin\u00e9 comment la leur rendre plus facile d\u2019acc\u00e8s. Nous ferons une mise \u00e0 jour une fois que les lignes directrices seront pr\u00eates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un mot sur le r\u00e9gime d\u2019assurance-maladie compl\u00e9mentaire de Radio-Canada\/CBC<br \/>\n<\/strong>Toujours \u00e0 la r\u00e9union de d\u00e9cembre, le CCAS a examin\u00e9 comment le r\u00e9gime d\u2019assurance-maladie compl\u00e9mentaire de Radio-Canada\/CBC a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 en 2016. Nous ne sommes pas rentr\u00e9s dans les d\u00e9tails, mais le r\u00e9gime a vers\u00e9 plus de 19 millions $ en demande de paiement l\u2019an dernier, montant qui ne comprend pas les co\u00fbts administratifs et les taxes. Selon les chiffres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Great West Life, le montant moyen vers\u00e9 aux employ\u00e9s s\u2019est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 2 466 $ l\u2019an dernier, comparativement \u00e0 2 170 $ en 2014. Les demandes de paiement &nbsp;li\u00e9es aux m\u00e9dicaments constituaient le co\u00fbt le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, suivies de services psychologiques et de physioth\u00e9rapie.<\/p>\n<p>Nous demandons depuis longtemps des am\u00e9liorations dans notre couverture, mais vous ne serez pas surpris d\u2019apprendre que Radio-Canada\/CBC n\u2019est pas int\u00e9ress\u00e9e en toute mesure qui pourrait entra\u00eener une augmentation de co\u00fbts.
