Au cours du mandat en cours, le CES a tenu ses r\u00e9unions dans diff\u00e9rentes localit\u00e9s au pays afin de rencontrer les membres et de mieux comprendre leurs conditions de travail.&nbsp; L\u2019an dernier, notre r\u00e9union a eu lieu \u00e0 Calgary, et plus t\u00f4t cette ann\u00e9e, nous nous sommes rencontr\u00e9s \u00e0 Halifax.&nbsp; Ces r\u00e9unions se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es utiles, et nous aident quand vient le temps de prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e0 l\u2019interne ainsi que lors de nos rencontres avec la direction.&nbsp; Nous avons re\u00e7u un accueil chaleureux \u00e0 Yellowknife de la part de nos coll\u00e8gues et des membres du Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif de l\u2019Unit\u00e9 locale \u2013 Loren McGinnis, Katherine Barton et Chantal Dubuc \u2013 Merci !<\/p>\n<p>En plus de rencontrer les membres, notre CES a discut\u00e9 de nombreux sujets importants, dont les r\u00e9solutions adopt\u00e9es lors de notre congr\u00e8s cet \u00e9t\u00e9 \u2013 tout particuli\u00e8rement la question du Protocole d\u2019entente relatif au partage de l\u2019exc\u00e9dent d\u2019actif du R\u00e9gime de retraite et \u00e0 la gestion des co\u00fbts du R\u00e9gime d\u2019assurance-maladie compl\u00e9mentaire (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/CBCpension-benefitsMOU2009FR.pdf\">Protocole d\u2019entente 2009<\/a>), ainsi que les priorit\u00e9s budg\u00e9taires de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et l\u2019impact de ces d\u00e9cisions. Nous avons \u00e9galement discut\u00e9 de la formation de membres de comit\u00e9s ex\u00e9cutifs d\u2019Unit\u00e9s locales pour le prochain mandat, de la r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation des emplois, ainsi que de nombreux autres&nbsp; sujets.<\/p>\n<p><u>Voici quelques points saillants:<\/u><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Protocole d\u2019entente relatif au partage de l\u2019exc\u00e9dent d\u2019actif du R\u00e9gime de retraite et \u00e0 la gestion des co\u00fbts du R\u00e9gime d\u2019assurance-maladie compl\u00e9mentaire<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lors du Congr\u00e8s de la GCM cet \u00e9t\u00e9, une r\u00e9solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 adoptee exigeant que nous fournissions un rapport sur le statut des fonds recueillis en vertu du Protocole d\u2019entente 2009.&nbsp; L\u2019argent a \u00e9t\u00e9 recueilli&nbsp; au moyen d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de 0,1 % en hausses salariales \u00e0 compter de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2009. L\u2019effet cumulatif du 0,1 % a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 un montant qui d\u2019apr\u00e8s les estimations s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 20 millions $.&nbsp; Le Protocle d\u2019entente a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par plusieurs syndicats de CBC\/Radio-Canada. Nous proc\u00e9dons actuellement \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation des prochaines \u00e9tapes \u00e0 suivre concernant ces fonds et l\u2019entente, et vous aurez de nos nouvelles \u00e0 ce sujet dans les mois \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Les priorit\u00e9s budg\u00e9taires de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bien qu\u2019un financement additionnel (675 millions $) ait \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9 \u00e0 CBC\/Radio-Canada depuis&nbsp; 2016, l\u2019engagement pris par le gouvernement lib\u00e9ral de r\u00e9investir dans le diffuseur public n\u2019est pas un financement permanent. De plus, nous estimons qu\u2019une plus grande part de ces fonds additionnels devrait \u00eatre affect\u00e9e au travail que font nos membres.&nbsp; Beaucoup de membres nous ont parl\u00e9 de l\u2019impact de la r\u00e9duction des budgets.&nbsp; S\u2019il appartient \u00e0 la direction de prendre les d\u00e9cisions relatives aux budgets, nous continuerons de soulever la question de l\u2019impact de ces d\u00e9cisions sur nos membres. Certaines de ces r\u00e9percussions&nbsp; sont :&nbsp; nos membres font face \u00e0 des&nbsp; difficult\u00e9s quand vient le temps de prendre un cong\u00e9 \u00e0 cause du manque d\u2019employ\u00e9s et de personnel de remplacement; une charge de travail accrue; et un plus grand nombre de t\u00e2ches.&nbsp; Ces r\u00e9percussions peuvent donner lieu \u00e0 de l\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel et \u00e0 une baisse de la qualit\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Formation de base pour les nouveaux membres de Comit\u00e9s ex\u00e9cutifs d\u2019Unit\u00e9 locale<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nous offriros une formation de base aux nouveaux membres de Comit\u00e9s ex\u00e9cutifs d\u2019Unit\u00e9s locales (CEUL) au d\u00e9but de leurs mandats.&nbsp; Nous avons fourni quelques renseignements sur notre site Web pour aider les nouveaux membres \u00e9lus [ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/roles-et-responsabilites-des-representants-elus-de-la-gcm-en-un-coup-doeil\/\">http:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/roles-et-responsabilites-des-representants-elus-de-la-gcm-en-un-coup-doeil\/<\/a>]. Le CES compte offrir cette formation d\u00e8s janvier avec pour objectif d\u2019avoir termin\u00e9 la formation de tous les CEUL et d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s syndicaux d\u2019ici mai 2019.&nbsp; Cela pourrait exiger que le-a Conseiller-\u00e8re syndical-e de votre r\u00e9gion se rende \u00e0 votre lieu de travail pour collaborer avec un autre membre \u00e0 cette localit\u00e9 afin d\u2019offrir la formation.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Mise \u00e0 jour sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation des emplois<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, une br\u00e8ve mise \u00e0 jour sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation des emplois : Bon nombre de nos membres ont particip\u00e9 au processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation des emplois cette ann\u00e9e. Il y a eu un effort concert\u00e9 de la part de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et de notre syndicat afin de veiller \u00e0 ce que la classification des emplois soit ad\u00e9quate.&nbsp; Ces processus prennent du temps si l\u2019on veut faire en sorte que ce qu\u2019ils soient effectu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re approri\u00e9e.&nbsp; Nous communiquerons les r\u00e9sultats de ce processus une fois que les d\u00e9cisions requises concernnat l\u2019analyse auront \u00e9t\u00e9 prises.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jonathan Spence (<a
