{"id":32211,"date":"2021-03-23T11:56:55","date_gmt":"2021-03-23T15:56:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/?p=32211"},"modified":"2023-06-04T11:13:51","modified_gmt":"2023-06-04T15:13:51","slug":"la-sunshine-list-de-lontario-revele-des-pratiques-dentreprise-injustes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/nouvelles\/la-sunshine-list-de-lontario-revele-des-pratiques-dentreprise-injustes\/","title":{"rendered":"La Sunshine List de l&rsquo;Ontario r\u00e9v\u00e8le des pratiques d\u2019entreprise injustes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le syndicat des travailleurs des deux r\u00e9seaux de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision financ\u00e9s par la province de l&rsquo;Ontario est choqu\u00e9 par les augmentations de salaire accord\u00e9es aux gestionnaires de TFO et de TVO.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la Guilde canadienne des m\u00e9dias, ces importantes augmentations surviennent \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 la plupart des employ\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 limit\u00e9s \u00e0 une augmentation maximale de 1 % en raison de la loi 124 vot\u00e9e par le gouvernement provincial qui plafonne les augmentations salariales des travailleurs du secteur public pendant trois ans.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, la <em>Sunshine List<\/em> pour 2020, qui divulgue les traitements de certains employ\u00e9s du secteur public, montre que les mesures de contr\u00f4le des co\u00fbts ne s&rsquo;appliquent pas \u00e0 ceux qui touchent les salaires les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, chez Groupe M\u00e9dia TFO, les cadres ont re\u00e7u une augmentation moyenne de 4,77 %. Les deux augmentations les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es chez le diffuseur public provincial s\u2019\u00e9tablissent \u00e0 11&nbsp;% et \u00e0 13&nbsp;%<\/p>\n<p>Il en va de m\u00eame pour TVO, le diffuseur public de langue anglaise dont la plupart des cadres ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&rsquo;une augmentation d&rsquo;au moins 5 %. Certains ont re\u00e7u des augmentations se situant autour de 10 %, et les plus fortes augmentations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9es aux membres de la haute direction qui ont gagn\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 20 % et 15 % de plus qu&rsquo;en 2019. La plupart de ces hausses s\u2019appliquaient aux salaires au-dessus de 100 000 dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Or, le conseil d&rsquo;administration de TVO a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 ces gestionnaires de refuser aux membres du syndicat toute augmentation salariale sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1%, m\u00eame pas une hausse pour aider \u00e0 suivre le rythme de l\u2019inflation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Le degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;hypocrisie est stup\u00e9fiant, indique Carmel Smyth, pr\u00e9sidente de la Guilde canadienne des m\u00e9dias, une section locale de SCA Canada. Alors que les diffuseurs publics de l&rsquo;Ontario n\u2019ont cess\u00e9 de pr\u00eacher l&rsquo;aust\u00e9rit\u00e9 pour la plupart des travailleurs, et que la province a adopt\u00e9 une loi controvers\u00e9e interdisant aux employ\u00e9s du service public de recevoir une augmentation de plus de 1 %, nous apprenons que ces r\u00e8gles ne s&rsquo;appliquent pas pour ceux qui sont dans les postes de direction.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Mme Smyth souligne que cette injustice financi\u00e8re est particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9cevante \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 les suppressions d&#8217;emplois et d\u2019\u00e9missions impos\u00e9es \u00e0 TFO il y a \u00e0 peine quelques ann\u00e9es, et les d\u00e9penses d\u2019un million de dollars effectu\u00e9es par le diffuseur public provincial pour l&rsquo;image de marque et le marketing en janvier dernier.<\/p>\n<p>Elle ajoute que les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s d\u00e9masqu\u00e9es par les augmentations accord\u00e9es au seuls gestionnaires sont d&rsquo;autant plus troublantes que les travailleurs de TVO n&rsquo;ont pas eu d&rsquo;augmentation \u00e9gale ou sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l&rsquo;inflation depuis pr\u00e8s de dix ans. \u00ab&nbsp;Cela signifie que si certains gestionnaires obtiennent des augmentations de plus de 10 %, le salaire r\u00e9el des travailleurs, lui, a baiss\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 son niveau de &nbsp;2012.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;On a dit aux gens qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y avait pas d&rsquo;argent et qu&rsquo;ils devaient se serrer la ceinture, mais on a trouv\u00e9 des fonds pour accorder d\u2019importantes augmentations aux cadres les mieux pay\u00e9s.
