Sans farce? Eh bien OUI, il y en a eu!<\/p>\n<p>Lors du tout premier congr\u00e8s virtuel de la GCM, quelque 90 d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s, bravant la lassitude des rencontres sur Zoom, sont rest\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s riv\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s \u00e0 leur \u00e9cran pour le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de notre syndicat.<\/p>\n<p>Nous remercions chaleureusement tous les membres qui ont fait le gros du travail afin que tout se passe au mieux \u2013 en particulier :<\/p>\n<p>Le vice-pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif de la sous-section (CESS), Harry Mesh (qui s\u2019est occup\u00e9 de tout), le tr\u00e9sorier du CESS, Lorne Shapiro, Matthew Martin, un observateur du Service du Nord, le vice-pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif national, Brent Cousland et la pr\u00e9sidente de la GCM, Carmel Smyth.<\/p>\n<p>Un grand MERCI \u00e9galement aux conseill\u00e8res syndicales et conseillers syndicaux pour leur travail d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation et pour avoir gard\u00e9 un \u0153il sur les messages instantan\u00e9s, les questions et les r\u00e9ponses. Nous n\u2019aurions pas pu y arriver sans votre contribution \u00e0 toutes et \u00e0 tous&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&gt; <\/strong><strong>R\u00e9solutions, etc\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le bureau national et la sous-section Radio-Canada\/CBC auront bient\u00f4t une directrice\/un directeur des travailleuses et travailleurs pr\u00e9caires. Nous esp\u00e9rons qu\u2019en confiant ce dossier \u00e0 une personne d\u00e9sign\u00e9e \u00e0 cet effet, nous pourrons consacrer davantage de temps aux probl\u00e8mes de permanence dont la situation semble de plus en plus pr\u00e9caire.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines unit\u00e9s locales comptent plus de 30 % de travailleuses et travailleurs pr\u00e9caires dans leurs effectifs, et il est donc \u00e9vident qu\u2019il y a du pain sur la planche. En effet, il est peu probable que 30 % des membres soient en cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9\/paternit\u00e9 en m\u00eame temps, d\u2019o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de s\u2019attaquer \u00e0 ce recours croissant \u00e0 des rempla\u00e7ant\u00b7e\u00b7s \u00e0 court terme.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>&gt; <\/strong><strong>Pr\u00e9visions pour l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Des journ\u00e9es chaudes et poisseuses?&nbsp; Esp\u00e9rons que non.<\/p>\n<p>Nous attendons la d\u00e9cision du CRTC concernant la demande de renouvellement de la licence de Radio-Canada\/CBC pour voir comment l\u2019organisme de r\u00e9glementation \u00e9valuera l<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/2021\/01\/27\/renouvellement-des-licences-de-radio-canada-la-guilde-se-porte-a-la-defense-dune-information-de-qualite-et-de-la-diversite\/\">a demande de notre syndicat<\/a> de ne pas donner carte blanche \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour la migration sans restriction du contenu t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9 vers le Web.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&gt; <\/strong><strong>Une autre victoire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Guilde a r\u00e9cemment connu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/2021\/05\/18\/marge-de-manoeuvre-pour-le-plafonnement-de-la-moyenne-des-heures\/\">une autre victoire en arbitrage<\/a>. Elle avait d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un grief concernant l\u2019ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 entourant l\u2019entente sur le calcul de la moyenne des heures de travail et le R\u00e8glement du Canada sur les normes du travail, et l\u2019arbitre a tranch\u00e9 en sa faveur.<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision signifie que les cong\u00e9s compensatoires pris par un\u00b7e employ\u00e9\u00b7e ne peuvent plus \u00eatre soustraits du nombre maximal d\u2019heures de travail sur une p\u00e9riode de 26 semaines. Cela donnera aux membres du syndicat la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019accepter davantage d\u2019heures suppl\u00e9mentaires ou davantage d\u2019affectations ou de projets.<\/p>\n<p>_________________________________<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nPR\u00c9VISIONS POUR L&rsquo;AUTOMNE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&gt; <\/strong><strong>Modalit\u00e9s de retour au travail<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour certains de nos membres, le mois de septembre marquera le retour au bureau apr\u00e8s de longs mois de travail \u00e0 distance en raison de la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>Pour d\u2019autres, la situation restera inchang\u00e9e puisqu\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas cess\u00e9 de travailler dans les bureaux et sur le terrain.<\/p>\n<p>Nous suivons de pr\u00e8s la fa\u00e7on dont la direction envisage de g\u00e9rer ce changement des modalit\u00e9s de travail \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Notre syndicat a d\u00e9j\u00e0 demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;une prime de risque \u2013 un suppl\u00e9ment de salaire pour tenir compte du risque accru que repr\u00e9sente le travail \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un b\u00e2timent ou sur le terrain<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;une allocation de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u2013 un paiement unique pour couvrir les frais d\u2019installation d\u2019un bureau \u00e0 domicile<\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, les deux demandes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9es. Nous avions cependant OBTENU <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/2020\/12\/18\/une-annee-pleine-de-difficultes-et-dameliorations-et-rapports-des-comites-de-la-guilde-a-radio-canada\/\">des journ\u00e9es \u00ab mieux-\u00eatre \u00bb<\/a>, et nous avons demand\u00e9 que ces journ\u00e9es soient de nouveau offertes.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>&gt; <\/strong><strong>Forum sur l\u2019avenir de VOTRE TRAVAIL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9unissons-nous \u00e0 l\u2019automne pour explorer le genre de travail que nous ferons \u00e0 l\u2019avenir, o\u00f9 nous travaillerons et comment s\u2019effectuera le travail.<\/p>\n<p>Nous vous donnerons des pr\u00e9cisions un peu plus tard (merci au pr\u00e9sident du conseil ex\u00e9cutif de l\u2019unit\u00e9 locale Radio-Canada\/CBC de Toronto, Vish Gajadhar, d\u2019avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 exprim\u00e9 son int\u00e9r\u00eat pour cette id\u00e9e!).<\/p>\n<p>La rencontre sera virtuelle (enfin, c\u2019est ce qui est pr\u00e9vu pour le moment!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>&gt; <\/strong><strong>Postes \u00e0 combler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la GCM, les dirigeant\u00b7e\u00b7s changent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Toutefois, une chose reste stable: on ne manque jamais d\u2019ouvrage!<\/p>\n<p>Cet automne, nous allons lancer un appel pour trouver une nouvelle directrice\/un nouveau directeur des Prairies qui si\u00e9gera au comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif de la sous-section.
