{"id":33003,"date":"2022-03-10T17:06:08","date_gmt":"2022-03-10T22:06:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/?p=33003"},"modified":"2023-06-03T14:47:46","modified_gmt":"2023-06-03T18:47:46","slug":"un-retour-progressif-au-bureau-signifie-encore-plus-de-changement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/nouvelles\/un-retour-progressif-au-bureau-signifie-encore-plus-de-changement\/","title":{"rendered":"Un retour progressif au bureau signifie encore plus de changement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, de nombreux membres de la Guilde ont boulevers\u00e9 leurs habitudes et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de travailler, notamment le travail \u00e0 domicile.<\/p>\n<p>Mais au lieu d&rsquo;\u00eatre temporaire, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est devenu presque la norme.<\/p>\n<p>Dans quelques semaines, on demandera \u00e0 beaucoup d&rsquo;entre eux d&rsquo;abandonner cette nouvelle fa\u00e7on de travailler pour revenir \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont ils travaillaient auparavant.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les membres qui ont travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent pendant toute cette p\u00e9riode, cela signifiera \u00e9galement un autre type de perturbation. Il y aura plus de gens autour et plus de bruit, on sera plus entass\u00e9, et ce sera peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame plus agr\u00e9able ?<\/p>\n<p>Quelle que soit la situation dans laquelle vous vous trouvez, nous avons plusieurs questions pour l&rsquo;avenir.<\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat continue de demander \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de pr\u00e9ciser dans quelles circonstances les membres seront autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 rester en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, rien n&rsquo;indique que les d\u00e9cisions de la direction sur ces questions ne seront pas arbitraires et s\u00e9lectives.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s ce que nous comprenons, une entente de \u00ab t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00bb avec la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 doit \u00eatre sign\u00e9e, et nous venons de recevoir une copie que nous sommes en train d\u2019examiner. Entre temps, nous conseillons \u00e0 tous les membres de consulter leur conseiller-\u00e8re syndical-e r\u00e9gional-e de la Guilde avant de signer quoi que ce soit.<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/nos-coordonnees\/personnel-et-bureaux\/\">https:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/nos-coordonnees\/personnel-et-bureaux\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat a continu\u00e9 de soulever la question de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des membres qui ont assum\u00e9 des risques ou des d\u00e9penses suppl\u00e9mentaires au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. \u00c0 ce stade, nous ne nous attendons pas \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il y ait un remboursement suppl\u00e9mentaire pour le travail \u00e0 domicile, sur le terrain ou au bureau durant la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>Veuillez vous adresser \u00e0 votre conseiller-\u00e8re syndical-e ou \u00e0 votre repr\u00e9sentant-e syndical-e pour toute aide dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les mois \u00e0 venir, pour aider un plus grand nombre de personnes \u00e0 r\u00e9int\u00e9grer le lieu de travail, nous proposerons une formation sur la gestion des conflits et nous pr\u00e9senterons une autre s\u00e9ance de formation \u00e0 l\u2019intention de t\u00e9moins pour aider \u00e0 cerner les microagressions et les probl\u00e8mes de discrimination qui peuvent survenir sur le lieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Nous gardons la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019esprit, et nous continuons \u00e0 rencontrer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour nous assurer que vous travaillerez dans un environnement
