Comme nous le savons, la m\u00eame chose a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9e pour Radio-Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Beaucoup d&rsquo;entre vous recevront bient\u00f4t un avis de retour au lieu du travail de la part de Radio-Canada. Votre sant\u00e9 et votre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont et resteront une priorit\u00e9 pour le syndicat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La Guilde continue de tenir des comit\u00e9s de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans chaque localit\u00e9 de Radio-Canada. Ces \u00e9quipes mixtes compos\u00e9es de repr\u00e9sentant.e.s du syndicat et de la direction, ont pour objectif de veiller \u00e0 ce que des mesures de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 maximales soient mises en place, et toute question soumise \u00e0 ces comit\u00e9s sera examin\u00e9e dans le cadre de toutes les lois provinciales et f\u00e9d\u00e9rales applicables en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9. Cela s&rsquo;accompagne d&rsquo;exigences accrues en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, qui peuvent comprendre des cloisons en plexiglas, une distance accrue, un espace plus grand entre les postes de travail, l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des masques et \u00e0 des vaporisateurs et lingettes sanitaires, ainsi que des pratiques de nettoyage et de conciergerie plus rigoureuses. Les membres nous ont communiqu\u00e9 \u2013 et nous en avons fait part \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u2013 l&rsquo;importance que les travailleur-se-s des m\u00e9dias accordent au maintien de la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler \u00e0 domicile selon un horaire r\u00e9gulier. Radio-Canada a indiqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elle ne permettrait pas \u00e0 un.e employ\u00e9.e de travailler \u00e0 100 % \u00e0 la maison, et nous lui avons indiqu\u00e9 que son approche devrait \u00eatre plus souple et fond\u00e9e sur les besoins des personnes et les exigences sp\u00e9cifiques des diff\u00e9rentes affectations. Par ailleurs, Radio-Canada doit \u00eatre ouverte \u00e0 des accommodements pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des personnes qui ont des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">La Guilde continue de travailler avec Radio-Canada pour tenter de faciliter ce processus, notamment en partageant des donn\u00e9es et des \u00e9tudes montrant que la productivit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e lorsque les travailleurs sont en mesure de travailler \u00e0 domicile, que les co\u00fbts de l&rsquo;entreprise diminuent, que l&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme baisse, que les conflits interpersonnels sont r\u00e9duits et que le moral g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est sensiblement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Ces discussions se poursuivront. Nous esp\u00e9rons que l&rsquo;entreprise, comme d&rsquo;autres employeurs progressistes, reconna\u00eetra bient\u00f4t les avantages des horaires flexibles et les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la collaboration avec les travailleurs pour ce qui est de la gestion des attentes changeantes des Canadien.ne.s sur le march\u00e9 du travail qui, selon les \u00e9tudes, sont enclin.e.s \u00e0 rechercher activement des employeur.se.s qui offrent le travail \u00e0 domicile comme une option r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Entre-temps, il n\u2019y a pas grand-chose que le syndicat peut faire de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9ventive pour emp\u00eacher un.e employeur.se d&rsquo;affecter des employ\u00e9.e.s \u00e0 venir au lieu de travail.&nbsp; Si vous avez des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 \u00e9tay\u00e9s par des documents m\u00e9dicaux, veuillez contacter un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/nos-coordonnees\/personnel-et-bureaux\/\">conseiller.\u00e8re syndical.e de la Guilde<\/a> qui \u00e9valuera votre situation confidentielle et personnelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">La Guilde s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 trouver le plus grand nombre possible d&rsquo;arrangements flexibles et veillera \u00e0 ce que la question du travail \u00e0 domicile demeure une priorit\u00e9 maintenant et lors de la prochaine ronde de n\u00e9gociations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Nous tiendrons une r\u00e9union virtuelle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toute autre question que vous pourriez avoir le mercredi 4 mai 2022 \u00e0 20 h (HE).
