Malheureusement, l&#8217;employeur est rest\u00e9 camp\u00e9 sur ses positions et la s\u00e9ance de m\u00e9diation a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9court\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Vous vous souvenez peut-\u00eatre que l&#8217;employeur avait invoqu\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res lors de la derni\u00e8re ronde de n\u00e9gociations pour refuser des augmentations salariales raisonnables aux membres. Malgr\u00e9 cela, la direction semble soudainement avoir les liquidit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires pour d\u00e9penser un quart de million de dollars ou plus en audiences d&rsquo;arbitrage, juste pour rogner sur le salaire d&#8217;employ\u00e9-e-s d\u00e9vou\u00e9-e-s et assidu-e-s.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que nous communiquons \u00e0 l&#8217;employeur tout au long de ce processus est que la convention collective a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9goci\u00e9e de bonne foi et qu&rsquo;il est temps de la respecter. Le syndicat a clairement indiqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il est toujours pr\u00eat \u00e0 favoriser une bonne communication et \u00e0 promouvoir des relations de travail positives, mais il ne peut pas proc\u00e9der en laissant faire des violations r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es de la convention collective ou des normes d&#8217;emploi fondamentales. Nous avons exprim\u00e9 notre d\u00e9ception face au choix fait par La Presse Canadienne de violer constamment les droits des membres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous fixons actuellement des dates d&rsquo;arbitrage pour les griefs suivants<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<p>-R\u00e9dacteur-trice de fin de semaine<br \/>\n<em>Le poste de la Guilde a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9limin\u00e9 \u2013 La r\u00e9vision et les t\u00e2ches de supervision font partie du travail de l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation, et ce poste ne devrait pas \u00eatre un poste de gestion exclu.<br \/>\n<\/em>-Avantages sociaux \u00e0 65 ans<br \/>\n<em>Les membres qui atteignent l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 65 ans se sont vu refuser les prestations d&rsquo;assurance collective et d&rsquo;ILD<\/em>.<br \/>\n-\u00c9lections f\u00e9d\u00e9rales et affectations ext\u00e9rieures<br \/>\n<em>Les pauses l\u00e9gales non rembours\u00e9es, les primes et les banques d&rsquo;heures ne sont pas report\u00e9es, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la convention collective, jusqu&rsquo;au 1er juillet de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e suivante.<br \/>\n<\/em>-R\u00e8glement sur les heures de service des employ\u00e9-e-s \u00e0 temps partiel<br \/>\n<em>Il y a violation d&rsquo;un accord de r\u00e8glement d\u00e9j\u00e0 sign\u00e9.<br \/>\n<\/em>-PMNA effectuant le travail de l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation<br \/>\n<em>Le travail de l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 par les membres de l\u2019unit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un conflit de comp\u00e9tence.<br \/>\n<\/em>-Projet Facebook<br \/>\n<em>La Guilde n&rsquo;a pas accord\u00e9 une d\u00e9rogation d&rsquo;un an pour la prolongation de ce projet. La convention collective stipule qu&rsquo;un projet ne peut durer que 6 mois, et pourtant les emplois ont \u00e9t\u00e9 affich\u00e9s.<br \/>\n&#8211;<\/em>\u00c9lections provinciales<br \/>\n<em>Les heures de d\u00e9placement sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme \u00e9tant des heures pay\u00e9es.<br \/>\n<\/em>-Cong\u00e9 de maladie pour les membres qui atteignent l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 65 ans.<br \/>\n<em>Les membres qui sont malades se sont vu refuser un cong\u00e9 de maladie en vertu de l&rsquo;article 11.<br \/>\n<\/em>-Ententes pour bloquer les salaires<br \/>\n<em>Transfert d\u2019affectations et gel de salaires.<br \/>\n<\/em>-Accord sur le calcul de la moyenne des heures en Colombie-Britannique<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il est utile de savoir que la r\u00e9solution des enjeux ci-dessus repr\u00e9sente une valeur mon\u00e9taire moindre par rapport au co\u00fbt de l&rsquo;arbitrage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Guilde continuera de travailler pour r\u00e9gler ces questions en dehors de la proc\u00e9dure de griefs dans la mesure du possible. Si cette approche est rejet\u00e9e, nous nous tournerons vers l&rsquo;arbitrage afin de veiller \u00e0 ce que les droits des membres soient respect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>L&rsquo;arbitrage commencera le 1<sup>er<\/sup> septembre et se poursuivra tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.&nbsp; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Merci \u00e0 toutes et \u00e0 tous de votre fid\u00e8le soutien et de poursuivre le dialogue.
