Si vous ne pouvez pas assister \u00e0 cette r\u00e9union, envoyez vos pr\u00e9occupations concernant Workday \u00e0 <a href=\"mailto:wendy@cmg.ca\">wendy@cmg.ca<\/a> afin que l\u2019on puisse tenir compte de ce que vous avez \u00e0 dire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">2023 &#8211; Augmentation salariale de 1,5 %<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\"><br \/>\nNotre convention collective actuelle pr\u00e9voit des n\u00e9gociations annuelles uniquement si le Conseil du Tr\u00e9sor accorde \u00e0 CBC\/Radio-Canada un financement autre que 1,5 % \u00e0 titre d&rsquo;augmentation salariale.&nbsp; Le Conseil du Tr\u00e9sor est toujours en n\u00e9gociation avec l&rsquo;AFPC, le syndicat qui repr\u00e9sente la plupart des employ\u00e9s f\u00e9d\u00e9raux, et il est peu probable qu&rsquo;il offre des taux \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00c9tat tant que ces n\u00e9gociations ne seront pas termin\u00e9es. La derni\u00e8re offre faite \u00e0 l&rsquo;une des unit\u00e9s de n\u00e9gociation de l&rsquo;AFPC \u00e9tait de 9 % sur trois ans. Nos n\u00e9gociations concernant une augmentation salariale pour 2023 ne peuvent avoir lieu tant que le financement du Conseil du Tr\u00e9sor n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9bloqu\u00e9 pour CBC\/Radio-Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;accorder aux employ\u00e9s de la Guilde \u00e0 CBC\/Radio-Canada une augmentation salariale de 1,5 % \u00e0 compter du 1er avril 2023, malgr\u00e9 le fait que le syndicat a fait valoir que nos salaires r\u00e9els chutent \u00e0 mesure que le co\u00fbt de la vie grimpe en fl\u00e8che.&nbsp; Nous avons demand\u00e9 que l&rsquo;augmentation refl\u00e8te au moins la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, \u00e0 savoir que l&rsquo;inflation s&rsquo;est \u00e9tablie entre 6 et 8 % au Canada au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat \u00e9galement rappel\u00e9 \u00e0 la direction qu&rsquo;elle a conserv\u00e9 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re de l&rsquo;argent qu&rsquo;elle aurait normalement d\u00fb verser \u00e0 nos r\u00e9gimes de retraite.&nbsp; Il est d\u00e9cevant de constater qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;approche de la prochaine ronde de n\u00e9gociations collectives, CBC\/Radio-Canada n\u2019est pas dispos\u00e9e \u00e0 envisager une augmentation salariale qui tient compte du co\u00fbt r\u00e9el de la vie \u00e0 ce stade. La Guilde esp\u00e8re avoir des conversations plus productives avec la direction une fois que le Conseil du Tr\u00e9sor aura annonc\u00e9 le financement \u00e0 CBC\/Radio-Canada.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Mise \u00e0 jour concernant les comit\u00e9s<\/span><\/strong><b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/radiocanadacbc\/comites-nationaux-de-la-guilde-sous-section-radio-canadacbc\/\">Les comit\u00e9s syndicaux nationaux de la sous-section CBC\/Radio-Canada ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s<\/a>.
