{"id":46149,"date":"2023-06-16T10:24:53","date_gmt":"2023-06-16T14:24:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/?p=46149"},"modified":"2023-06-23T10:26:51","modified_gmt":"2023-06-23T14:26:51","slug":"guilde-la-pc-accord-sur-les-pauses-au-travail-conclu-avec-lemployeur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/nouvelles\/guilde-la-pc-accord-sur-les-pauses-au-travail-conclu-avec-lemployeur\/","title":{"rendered":"Guilde-La PC &#8211; Accord sur les pauses au travail conclu avec l&#8217;employeur"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chers membres de la Guilde \u00e0 La PC,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous sommes parvenus \u00e0 un r\u00e8glement, par le biais du processus d&rsquo;arbitrage, concernant la mise en application des pauses l\u00e9gales au travail ainsi que des primes de quart pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 12 (prime de quart de soir, prime de quart de nuit et prime de quart de fin de semaine) pour des d\u00e9placements dans le cadre d\u2019affectations de plus de cinq jours indiqu\u00e9es dans les lettres d&rsquo;entente N\u00b0 9 et N\u00b0 10. Vous trouverez ces lettres \u00e0 la fin de votre convention collective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En vertu du r\u00e8glement, tout membre qui a voyag\u00e9 aux termes de la lettre d&rsquo;entente N\u00b0 9 et qui a par le pass\u00e9 fait une demande de primes lors de ces affectations sp\u00e9cifiques et obtenu ces primes, doit communiquer avec la Guilde D\u2019ICI le 28 juin 2023 s&rsquo;il-elle souhaite faire partie du r\u00e8glement et continuer \u00e0 recevoir des primes lors de futures affectations aux termes la lettre d&rsquo;entente N\u00b0 9 &#8211; et ce, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;actuelle convention collective. On vous demandera de fournir les preuves que vous pourriez avoir en votre possession pour prouver le fait que vous avez re\u00e7u des primes par le pass\u00e9 ou les dates auxquelles \/ les voyages pour lesquels vous les avez re\u00e7ues, m\u00eame si vous ne poss\u00e9dez plus les preuves (nous pouvons obtenir les dossiers de l&#8217;employeur uniquement pour la p\u00e9riode allante de 2018 \u00e0 ce jour).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veuillez envoyer un courriel \u00e0 <a href=\"mailto:karina@cmg.ca\">karina@cmg.ca<\/a> ave copie conforme \u00e0 <a href=\"mailto:julieanne@cmg.ca\">julieanne@cmg.ca<\/a>, car nous allons recueillir les noms et dresser une liste des demandeurs. Conform\u00e9ment aux exigences du r\u00e8glement, nous enverrons la liste des membres admissibles \u00e0 l&#8217;employeur au plus tard le 28 JUIN 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Votre courriel doit contenir les renseignements suivants :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Votre nom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Votre poste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La p\u00e9riode \u00e0 laquelle vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 en d\u00e9placement par le pass\u00e9 pour des affectations telles que d\u00e9finies dans la lettre d&rsquo;entente N\u00b0 9 (nom des d\u00e9placements, ann\u00e9es, dates si possible).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">REMARQUE IMPORTANTE : VOUS DEVEZ NOUS FOURNIR LES RENSEIGNEMENTS
