{"id":46535,"date":"2023-07-21T15:19:18","date_gmt":"2023-07-21T19:19:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/?p=46535"},"modified":"2023-07-21T15:19:21","modified_gmt":"2023-07-21T19:19:21","slug":"mise-a-jour-du-groupe-de-travail-sur-la-strategie-demploi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/nouvelles\/mise-a-jour-du-groupe-de-travail-sur-la-strategie-demploi\/","title":{"rendered":"Mise \u00e0 jour du groupe de travail sur la strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;emploi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme vous le savez d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s la <a href=\"https:\/\/io.cbcrc.ca\/#\/login?returnUrl=%2FnewsDetail%2Fjob-evaluation-update-le-point-sur-le-processus-d-evaluation-des-postes-1.6907056\">communication conjointe<\/a> concernant le groupe de travail sur la strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;emploi, CBC\/Radio-Canada et la Guilde ont conclu le groupe de travail sur la strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;emploi en r\u00e9visant la plage salariale de r\u00e9alisateur associ\u00e9 de la plage 7 \u00e0 la plage 8, et en apportant des r\u00e9visions aux 7 descriptions de postes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reporter \/ r\u00e9dacteur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9alisateur associ\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9alisateur vid\u00e9aste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technicien m\u00e9dia (ancien titre de poste: Technicien de diffusion)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Premier sp\u00e9cialiste, Communications et Marketing (ancien titre de poste: Agent principal des communications)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Premier designer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sp\u00e9cialiste du soutien, Technologies utilisateur (ancien titre de poste: Sp\u00e9cialiste du soutien micro-informatique)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La seule r\u00e9vision qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 un ajustement des r\u00e9sultats des sous-facteurs de sorte que la plage salariale a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9 (augment\u00e9) est celle pour les r\u00e9alisateurs.trices associ\u00e9s.es. Pour les 6 autres classifications, le groupe, compos\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois de repr\u00e9sentants du syndicat et de repr\u00e9sentants de la direction, a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 dans le cadre du processus d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des emplois que les modifications apport\u00e9es aux descriptions de postes n&rsquo;avaient pas chang\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats des sous-facteurs d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re qui aurait entra\u00een\u00e9 une modification de leurs plages salariales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous \u00eates class\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;une des 7 cat\u00e9gories d&#8217;emploi ci-dessus, il serait utile de revoir votre nouvelle description de postes, et s&rsquo;il y a des changements qui, selon vous, ont un impact sur votre travail, cela vaut la peine d&rsquo;en parler \u00e0 votre gestionnaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous \u00eates class\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;une des classifications ci-dessus et que vous pensez que vos taches de travail ne sont pas correctement d\u00e9finies par la description de poste et la plage salariale, vous pouvez toujours demander une reclassification par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire de votre gestionnaire. Il est utile d&rsquo;avoir une id\u00e9e claire de ce qui n&rsquo;est pas pris en compte par votre classification actuelle et une id\u00e9e claire de la classification qui correspond le mieux \u00e0 votre travail. Vous pouvez trouver des informations sur les classes d&#8217;emplois <a href=\"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/evaluation-des-emplois\/\">ici<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/0B0Nl98AEJ6VTYjd4TGdYM08wX0U\/view?resourcekey=0-BZadUNJ-zS3uyicqR0IwMQ\">ici.<\/a> Vous pouvez \u00e9galement demander l&rsquo;aide de votre <a href=\"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/personnel-et-bureaux\/\">conseiller.\u00e8re syndical.e de la Guilde<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que le groupe de travail sur la strat\u00e9gie pour l&#8217;emploi ait termin\u00e9 ses travaux, certaines questions en litige ont \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;arbitrage et sont toujours en cours. Elles sont:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La date d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en vigueur r\u00e9troactive du passage de la plage 7 \u00e0 la plage 8 pour la classification de reporter \/ r\u00e9dacteur.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Radio-Canada adopte la position qu&rsquo;il devrait \u00eatre le 5 juillet 2022 (la date \u00e0 laquelle les parties ont finalis\u00e9 l&rsquo;accord sur le changement de notation des sous-facteurs au sein du Comit\u00e9). La position de la Guilde est que cela devrait \u00eatre le 25 novembre 2020 &#8211; la date \u00e0 laquelle le syndicat a propos\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois le changement de notation des sous-facteurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le syndicat demande pour une nouvelle classification \u00e0 la bande 10 pour les \u00ab R\u00e9alisateur associ\u00e9 enqu\u00eateurs \u00bb qui ne sont pas correctement class\u00e9s \u00e0 la bande 8 R\u00e9alisateur associ\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le syndicat demande pour une nouvelle classification \u00e0 la bande 10 pour les reporters.euses affect\u00e9s.es aux \u00ab sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s \u00bb, y compris, mais sans s&rsquo;y limiter, les st\u00e9nographies judiciaires et municipales, car ce travail n&rsquo;est pas correctement class\u00e9 dans la bande 8 Reporter\/ r\u00e9dacteur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En lien avec les 2 nouvelles cat\u00e9gories d&#8217;emplois ci-dessus, le syndicat a soumis un certain nombre de demandes individuelles de reclassification de la bande 8 \u00e0 la bande 10.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous vous tiendrons au courant d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;il y aura des
