Tel que pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 lors de la derni\u00e8re assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ce qui est reli\u00e9 aux salaires\/augmentations se pr\u00e9sente sous 3 enjeux : augmentations salariales annuelles, rattrapage et \u00e9valuation de postes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de postes a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e conjointement par la partie patronale et syndicale, mais il reste encore quelques \u00e9tapes avant de la finaliser. Le Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif et le Comit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9valuation des postes d\u00e9sirent vous faire part des r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9liminaires et faire une r\u00e9vision finale du projet d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de postes avec vous, car cela vous concerne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous vous invitons \u00e0 consulter les documents ci-joints (fiches de postes et grille salariale propos\u00e9e par l&#8217;employeur). \u00c0 noter que la grille salariale n\u2019est pas une grille finale, mais seulement une proposition de la partie patronale qui n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9e par le syndicat ni ent\u00e9rin\u00e9e lors des n\u00e9gociations. Il est important que vous v\u00e9rifiez la fiche de description de votre poste (y a-t-il des t\u00e2ches majeures qui ne sont pas mentionn\u00e9es ? Trouvez-vous qu&rsquo;elle refl\u00e8te votre poste? Etc.).<strong> Votre v\u00e9rification est essentielle, car cette fiche de description sert de base pour attribuer des points \u00e0 votre poste. Pour ces derniers, nous sommes en train d&rsquo;investiguer pour comprendre comment cela est justifi\u00e9 pour rectifier la situation.
