Call for nominations: CMG National Secretary-Treasurer

The Canadian Media Guild has a vacancy on our union’s National Executive Committee (NEC) for the position of Secretary-Treasurer.

We are now accepting nominations for that role. The successful candidate will be elected to serve until the current term ends on December 31, 2019.

The Secretary-Treasurer, as chairperson of the Finance Committee, prepares an annual budget in conjunction with the National Executive and the member branches of our union. The budget includes forecasting expenditures of the national union, its branches and committees.

All CMG members are eligible to be candidates and the position is elected at large.
