The deadline for submitting proposals to amend the CBC Branch bylaws has now passed. The Bylaw Review Committee has gone through the proposals that were submitted and has prepared its report. We encourage you to read it and pass your thoughts along to your location unit president or any other delegate to the Guild’s biennial convention, where the proposals will be discussed and voted on.
