We are learning from media reports Jian Ghomeshi has dropped his lawsuit against the CBC and the agreement is in the process of being finalized by the courts.

The grievance that was filed through the union at Jian Ghomeshi’s request will proceed through the usual process.

This includes discussions with the CBC and the possibility of the case being decided by an arbitrator.
