Your Guild Bargaining Committee spent two days with management this week in talks to renew our collective agreement. We had some in-depth discussion on how changes in the media are affecting the company and our work. We also talked about absenteeism, work-life balance and communication within the company. We have not yet talked about monetary issues.

We are scheduled to meet again during the week of March 24 and will be planning a membership meeting during that week to provide more details on the talks.
