We are extending the deadline to apply to be one of 10 scholarship recipients attending the CBC CMG Presidents Council on May 24-26, 2024 until end of day Friday, March 15/24. Your application must be recommended by two CMG members in good standing at the CBC. Please send your application, and supporting letters from your seconders to naomi.cmgto@gmail.com.
Please provide the following information in your application:
- Your full name, job title and work location
- Describe your current involvement with CMG committees and activities, other volunteer work, or outside labour movement activities.
- Where do you see your union volunteerism heading in the future? What future CMG roles do you aspire to?
- What do you hope to learn by attending the CBC CMG Presidents’ Council?

SRC Francophone Zoom Town Hall will take place Monday, March 11 at 19:00 EST, in French.
CBC Freelancers can join a Google Meet Town Hall on Monday, March 11 at 15:00 EST or on Tuesday, March 12 at 18:00 EST.
General Membership Zoom Town Hall happens on Tuesday, March 12 at 20:00 EST .
Ratification voting will take place online between March 19 to March 25. You will be emailed your CMG membership number and a passcode. If you are not receiving emails from CMG, then please send a note to info@cmg.ca to inquire.
