Telework discussion
- Ongoing discussion about items that come out of teleworking and can encompass these member issues.
- The LEC will be putting together a survey for Toronto CMG members for the fall to follow-up on telework arrangements.
- The LEC are looking at ways to continue supporting members with children with the end of social worker coverage.
Search for an SRC Director
- The LEC will be appointing someone to the SRC Director position.
Welcome back and holiday parties
- Welcome back picnic to be held Sept. 22, 11am-3pm with members of CMG, APS and recent retirees
- Holiday party hold the date – December 1st

CRTC announcement about News
- CMG is monitoring the news about the CRTC decision and its effect on members in the News division.
How to do something for members who cannot attend events
- Some of our members cannot attend day events. The LEC is looking into options for them to participate.
Fall blue sky ideas
- The LEC will be doing our “map the floor” event on October 26/27 and will be coming by each department to give out posters, answers any questions members might have and map where members work.
