1. Adopt Agenda as amended. CARRIED

2. Secretary’s Update: Adopt Minutes of November 4th

3. Treasurer’s Report: Christina Sorensen announced she would have a full updated breakdown of the

finances and year end review for the January meeting for the handover to the new Treasurer.

Christina Sorensen noted that we must change the signing authority at the bank to the new president and

Treasurer: Naomi Robinson and Anita Adams and remove Tony Germin and Christina Sorensen

Note: Glen Guerin has arrived

Motion: as of January 1st

the CMG LEC DUCA bank account and the authority transferred to Anita Adams new incoming treasurer and Naomi

Robins new incoming Present of the LEC. Proposed: Christina Sorensen: Seconded: Glen Guerin. CARRIED

4. President’s Report: President is absent. Naomi Robinson President-elect is welcomed. Naomi has reached

out to outgoing President and asked he stay involved in a role perhaps as a steward. Kim T Galway has

suggested a stewards course. Robert Barlow has handbooks he will bring. Possibly dedicate the first part

of next meeting in showing newly elected the procedures.

Christina Sorensen has volunteered to presort the CMG Box.

Christina Sorensen has suggested that next year the LEC order a pop up sign for public events.

5. Committee reports:

Helen Bagshaw Web – email issues Naomi suggests Glen and she work on new Gmail accounts

Helen volunteers to continue with website until we set up a new web administrator at next meeting.

Claryse Boulineau – SRC update
