1. Adopt Agenda as amended. CARRIED <\/p>\n
2. Secretary\u2019s Update: Adopt Minutes of November 4th<\/p>\n

Naomi Robinson has arrived<\/p>\n
3. Treasurer\u2019s Report: Christina Sorensen announced she would have a full updated breakdown of the <\/p>\n
finances and year end review for the January meeting for the handover to the new Treasurer.<\/p>\n
Christina Sorensen noted that we must change the signing authority at the bank to the new president and <\/p>\n
Treasurer: Naomi Robinson and Anita Adams and remove Tony Germin and Christina Sorensen<\/p>\n
Note: Glen Guerin has arrived<\/p>\n
Motion: as of January 1st<\/p>\n
the CMG LEC DUCA bank account and the authority transferred to Anita Adams new incoming treasurer and Naomi <\/p>\n
Robins new incoming Present of the LEC. Proposed: Christina Sorensen: Seconded: Glen Guerin. CARRIED<\/p>\n
4. President\u2019s Report: President is absent. Naomi Robinson President-elect is welcomed. Naomi has reached <\/p>\n
out to outgoing President and asked he stay involved in a role perhaps as a steward. Kim T Galway has <\/p>\n
suggested a stewards course. Robert Barlow has handbooks he will bring. Possibly dedicate the first part <\/p>\n
of next meeting in showing newly elected the procedures.<\/p>\n
Christina Sorensen has volunteered to presort the CMG Box.<\/p>\n
Christina Sorensen has suggested that next year the LEC order a pop up sign for public events. <\/p>\n

Helen Bagshaw Web \u2013 email issues Naomi suggests Glen and she work on new Gmail accounts<\/p>\n
Helen volunteers to continue with website until we set up a new web administrator at next meeting.<\/p>\n
