Releases can be provided for members working that weekend. Hotel rooms can be provided for Toronto delegates, if desired.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Motion to ask the BEC to ask the NEC to fund 16 release days for Temp Committee prep work. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moved by Matt, seconded by Ines, passed unanimously.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ON-GOING BUSINESS<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LEC Secretary byelection\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There were<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no applications by the original deadline.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The callout was extended one day to February 19th and one person applied.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Final Bulletin Board locations<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A location may have been found for the bulletin board on the 7th floor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BGIS is still working on the cost of installation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">25 boards will be ordered at approximately $300.00\/board.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spring Stewards Training Session<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Temps Know-Your-Rights modified stewards training date set for Saturday April 4, 2019.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regular Stewards training session tentatively set for Monday June 22nd, 2019.
