Julian, Joe, Natasha, Olena abstaining. Passed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>A motion to adopt April 21, 2020 as is &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">moved by Julian, second by Lorne, passed unanimously.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NEW BUSINESS<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After Covid-19<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mgmt is putting together a plan for employees\u2019 return once the office reopens. There is no date set yet and will not happen until after the city and the province lift the lockdown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">75-80% of CBC employees are working from home and it\u2019s working out well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special bacteria absorbing foam shields have been installed between desks in several population dense areas of the CBC (like MPC &amp; Resources).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your key fob expires during quarantine, it will need to be renewed before you can return to the building. This will require an approval from your manager for security to update it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will be coordinating town halls once the office opens again to answer employee questions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Look for hand sanitizers or other swag options for post-Covid.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online training for members<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ask the national office to create the new, updated LinkedIn Learning online training poster that can be used for all branches.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create text for a page on the website about updated online learning options for CBC employees in both English and French.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Corporate steering committee update<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Naomi met as part of the Corporate Steering Committee on April 27.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ON-GOING BUSINESS<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">May Day<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The website post is up and the email went out April 30.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6 Pizzas for MPC evening and overnight shift was provided April 30. 32 pizzas\u00a0 were ordered for the May 1 day shift.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Giving a $75-100 gift certificate to the volunteer for making masks that were distributed to members.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Matt left meeting at 10:50am)<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pride<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Request to be part of 2021 parade and consider it paid.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Covid-19<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MPC<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Issues in MPC have settled down &#8211;
