Ines and Brent have joined the last two.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Return to Work phase 1\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">300 people to go back in soon, but we don\u2019t know how many in Toronto.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hours averaging<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is no fine for non-compliance and it\u2019s a complaint-based system. They don\u2019t have to report to the feds. It would have to be a member complaining to the ministry.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work from home:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CBC is working on a work-from-home policy and they\u2019re calling it a telework policy.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ice Cream Day\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Normally do it in late July or early August. What to do this year discussed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ON-GOING BUSINESS<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Covid-19<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ines and Lynn have been working on getting people cell phone access<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other things coming up with working from home:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chairs: In the french Town Hall Marco Dube said if you have to buy a chair you should keep your receipt because the feds are talking about reimbursing people.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Air conditioning: Not having it at home it could be an issue. Some people have had to shut their computers off because they were running too hot in the heat wave.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kids: There\u2019s a lot of concern in talk radio from people who are having real problems juggling work with childcare.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Danger Pay<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first week of June, let\u2019s reach out and see if Kim has messaging coming out. If it\u2019s not out by Thursday we can work on messaging for the Toronto location.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bulletin Boards<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is a pause because it would require outside contractors to come into the building.
