It is on until October.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is an opportunity to look for issues from individual members, get statistics as well as comments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are working on finding out which CMG members\u2019 emails are still missing from the database to ensure that they receive these emails.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CBC\u00a0 Complaint<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There was a complaint from management and an LEC member was asked to complete an apology.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They are awaiting more details from the national office and will work to keep the CMG- mgmt relationship and trust intact.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>11:30-11:50 am &#8211; joined by Carrie Bradshaw<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questions for Carrie<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Discussed the 2-page medical form for health issues relating to Covid required by the CBC: submit the fee through MySource then through your manager with an explanation email to be reimbursed.<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continued follow-up with individual Toronto members about equipment requests denials.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ON-GOING BUSINESS<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PDD Online Workshop<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are creating the Workshop as a virtual offering to be more accessible to our isolated workforce.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instead of focusing just on the new PDD cycle\u00a0 start in September, the workshop will be a long-term offering aiming to start roll out in November for Toronto.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LEC Fall Elections<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Election dates to know:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">October 5-30: Call for nominations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">November: 4 weeks for election campaign<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">November 27-December 1: Voting<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">January: Handover to the new committee members<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As we have an isolated workforce, we are looking into options for the nomination signatures<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Local Election Committee stands, with one vacancy to be replaced.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>1:43pm-2:18 &#8211;
