Moved by Lyne, seconded by Naomi, approved unanimously.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meeting stated: 10:05am with quorum<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NEW BUSINESS<\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Staff Rep Assignments<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vish sent out an email with the new staff rep assignments to the group for review.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The staff reps are listed on the CMG website.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Committees to reach out to staff reps directly, Vish to reach out to staff\u00a0 reps for training, LEC to reach out to staff reps as much as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SRC Newsletter<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SRC puts out a great monthly newsletter to its members that was shared with the LEC.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Olena and Lyne to produce a draft CMG CBC Toronto Newsletter for review at the next LEC meeting. The group will figure out the schedule for the newsletter.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ONGOING BUSINESS<\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CMG Convention<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have not hit our maximum number of delegates for the convention in June.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The LEC will reach out to members who are interested to fill up open slots.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There was a discussion about doing a prep session and\/or sending a backgrounder email to our backgrounder in May.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Member Pandemic Survey<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thank you to everyone who filled in the pandemic survey.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The LEC will be sharing some of the highlights with members through the private Facebook page and the newsletter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These survey results will be used to inform our conversations with members and with CBC management.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">May Day<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The LEC decided to put a pause on doing the cookies for now.
