We\u2019re over 90% as a workplace for vaccination.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An issue with AL hold is being looked at by CMG staff reps.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The CMG branch is having meetings about this issue and workloads and is monitoring.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A message about shortages will go out in the next stewards newsletter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">National workloads can impact us and vice versa so this is a national CMG issue.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoodie plan\/chat<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11 boxes of hoodies came in \u2014 around 252 hoodies!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They are in the process of being distributed by stewards and activists.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leftover hoodies will be distributed to those who did not receive the initial email, qualify, and filled it in late.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New Business<\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CMG Response to Anti-Vax Grievances<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Members can file a grievance with the CMG.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Members should write up why they don\u2019t feel they should get vaccinated.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The LEC will pass on any grievance to the CMG branch.
