The CMG will soon announce the hiring of two new staff reps.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bargaining issues and call-out<\/span><\/h2>\n

The LEC encourages all members to apply for the bargaining committee.\u00a0 The LEC will put up posters and reach out to colleagues to apply, keeping in mind the intense time commitment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Workday implementation – potential issues and member support\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

If there are specific serious issues with Workday please forward directly to <\/span>Wendy Martin<\/span><\/a>, the staff representative who is focussing on this.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dave Seglins presentation\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Dave Seglins gave a thoughtful and concise overview of his work as the CBC\u2019s well-being champion.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Peer Support Network (PSN) launched March 9th.\u00a0 Kat is one of 20 volunteers helping to support colleagues in this pilot.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

LEC members discussed ways in which Dave\u2019s work could be expanded to include other departments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Member survey\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

The team was updated on the CMG CBC Toronto member survey.\u00a0 It should be sent out to the members the week of March 20th.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
