\t Point of Order: Jordanna Lake requested that Elaine Janes temporarily chair the meeting while Tony Germin is involved in the discussion. Committee agreed.

Guest speaker: Maintenance Technologist Department addressed the committee
\nIssue will be put on the Agenda of the Joint Committee on May 7th.<\/p>\n
1300: Jonathan Spence, Nat\u2019l CMG office addressed Committee. Re: success of TIFF light box media mixer for new members, flow chart and Next election in the fall. All 3 year terms with national and branch. <\/p>\n

New Business:
\n\u2022\tSet date for AGM: May 29th with a table in atrium and AGM possibly in new conference centre
\n\u2022\tDate for BBQ: June 7th and LEC meeting after \u2013Naomi Robinson proposed the 50\/50 for MBS
\n\u2022\tWine tasting event \u2013 turned down.
\n\u2022\tLEC agrees to provide a letter of recommendation for Tony Germin, Elaine Janes and Vladimir Dimitrijevic in support of their application to CMG bargaining committee.<\/p>\n
