Dear Members,

The bargaining committee has received what Canadian Press management describes as its final offer. We have agreed to present this offer neutrally, without recommending for or against it.

It is entirely up to the membership to decide whether to accept this deal. The bargaining committee will be available for questions, but will not take a position.

Your participation is essential. Please make every effort to attend one of the following meetings, where we will review the offer in detail and answer any questions:

Wednesday, June 25 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. EDT

Thursday, June 26  from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EDT

This is a democratic process. We believe you should be the ones to decide how we proceed.
