Dear Members,  

We are writing to inform you that your bargaining committee has reached a tentative agreement with Thomson Reuters, subject to ratification by the membership. 
 
To review the details of the tentative agreement and answer your questions, we will be holding membership meetings on the following dates: 
        •       December 28, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. 
        •       December 29, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. 
        •       December 30, noon to 1 p.m. 
 
At these meetings, the bargaining committee will present the terms of the tentative agreement and provide information. 
 
Following the presentation, members will have the opportunity to vote online on whether to ratify the tentative agreement. Voting will take place during the meetings. Please note that voting results are confidential and the final result will also remain confidential until the end of the final meeting. Results will be made known to the employer and the membership on December 30th in the afternoon. 
 
We strongly encourage all members to attend one of the meetings and participate in the vote. Your input and decision are essential.
