Congratulations to Norah Petrou of Ottawa, Ontario who has been selected as the winner of the Ron Pambrun Scholarship Award for 2025. She will be attending University of Waterloo Faculty of Engineering this September.

In accepting the Scholarship, Norah said: “I am grateful to the Canadian Media Guild and the Pambrun family for awarding me the Ron Pambrun Scholarship. This support will help me as I study Mechanical Engineering at the University of Waterloo and pursue a career in sustainable aviation. There is so much to learn, and I hope one day I can contribute to designing a cleaner way to fly.”
