The CMG-CBC National Joint Employment Planning Committee (NJEP) is comprised of union volunteers and management representatives.
It works to enforce members’ rights in the collective agreement with regard to alternative employment when there are workforce adjustments (layoffs), as well as job opportunities all year round.
