The result of the vote held by the CMG Executive at TVO for CMG members to indicate acceptance or rejection of the new defined-benefit pension plan under the Ontario Pension Board is as follows:

Votes cast: 24
Accept: 24 (100.0%)
Reject: 0 (0.0%)

Conversion to the new plan is accepted.

Votes were cast online from 9 a.m. Friday, June 23 to Monday, June 26 at 5 p.m. The electronic vote results are certified by Simply Voting Inc.

We encourage members to attend all future information sessions with regard to this move, and also to seek out the advice of a financial planner to discuss personal options and how this change will enhance individual  compensation packages.
