Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have a Memorandum of Agreement with TVO. It was a long time coming, and we can’t thank the membership enough for your patience and solidarity behind this committee; it was the fuel that we needed to keep going through the bargaining and conciliation process. 

Some of the highlights include:
-wage and pension improvements
-better layoff language for TVO Kids Hosts
-and placement on the wage grid for our newest job classifications of Instructional Designers and Digital Media Producers. 

As soon as we have it available, we will link a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement on our website so that you can take a look at it. We will announce a ratification meeting early next week and a voting date to follow.
