A reminder that we will hold a Ratification meeting and conference call for 12:30 p.m. on Friday, May 15 to discuss the new Memorandum of Agreement between your union and Thomson Reuters, and take questions. If you cannot make the meeting, Terri Monture, Staff Representative, will be available in the Toronto office throughout the day to answer your questions.

A link to the voting site will be sent to you along with your membership number and passcode, which you will need in order to vote. The electronic poll will open at 6 p.m. EST on Friday, May 15, and voting will stay open until 2 p.m. EST on Tuesday, May 19.

If you know anyone we have not been able to reach, please let them know they can contact the CMG office (vote@cmg.ca ; 416-591-5333) to get their Voter ID and password.
