There are three positions available on the CBC Branch Executive Council following the recent resignations of Dave Bartlett, Monick Corriveau and Joan Ramsay. The Branch wishes to thanks all three for their commitment to the CMG.

Nominations are now being accepted for the following positions:

Director, Temporary Employees (candidate must be a temp employee)
Director, New Media (candidate must work in New Media)
Director, SRC East (candidate must work for Radio-Canada east of Manitoba)

The successful candidates will serve until the end of the current term in December 2010.

Nominations will close at 5 pm ET on Friday March 28. Elections, if necessary, will be held April 21-22.

Candidates must have a nominator and two (2) seconders, all of whom must be members in good standing of the CMG, i.e. they must have signed a Guild membership application card and be currently paying dues.
