A by-election will be conducted online November 27 to 30 to choose a new president and a new secretary for the CBC branch of the Canadian Media Guild. The voting website will be available from 9 am (all times Eastern) on Monday November 27 until 5 pm on Thursday, November 30. The winners will be announced on December 1.

All Guild members in good standing working at CBC may vote in this election. In order to participate in the vote, you will need your nine-digit CMG identification number. If you have participated in previous Guild votes online or by telephone, you should already have this number. If you have lost it, or you don’t know your ID number, please contact our membership coordinator Elizabeth Northrop via e-mail only at vote@cmg.ca . She will verify your eligibility and send you your identification number.
