It means leading by example. I only realized how much people (young men,especially) were paying attention to what I do when I moved to Windsor. They asked a lot of questions, and sometimes advice.

You are already a naturally curious person. Be brave with that curiosity and allow it to take you out of your comfort zone, culturally, geographically and socially. The more you understand about the world, the better equipped you will be to ask the right questions and tell stories that matter. You don’t have to be interesting… just interested.
