Candidates for Director, Francophone Issues, National Executive Committee

At the end of the nomination period Monday, November 5, 2018 at 5 p.m., ET, we received two nominations for the position of Director, Francophone Issues, on our union’s National Executive Committee (NEC).

These are the candidates, in alphabetical order:

-Nathalie Bastien, CBC/Radio-Canada Ottawa

-Omayra Issa, CBC/Radio-Canada Saskatoon

The successful candidate will be elected to serve until the current term ends in December 2019.

CMG members will be able to vote for the nominee of their choice from Thursday, November 29 to Friday, November 30, 2018.

We will be using our online voting system.

In order to vote, members will need to know their nine-digit CMG member number; if you don’t know your number or have misplaced it, please write to vote@cmg.ca right away, and we’ll send it to you as soon as possible.

Information about the candidates and the voting process will be provided in the coming days.
