The Canadian Media Guild Elections 2025 have now ended, and here are the results of the vote held November 10 – 14:

NATIONAL OFFICES 

CMG National Executive Committee (NEC)

National President:

JANE ROBERTSON  534 (56.4%)

ANNICK FOREST  412 (43.6%)

Director – Human Rights and Equity:

SANGEETA PATEL  597 (65.6 %)

WILLIAM WANG  313 (34.4 %)

Director – Precarious Workers (Temporary workers during the past 10 years):  

ARMAN AGHBALI  571 (62.8 %)

SAM BROOKS  338 (37.2 %)

Congratulations to the elected candidates, and thank you to all those who threw their hats in as well as all members who took the time to vote! 

Elected candidates at the National and Branch levels will start their three-year term on January 1, 2026.
