Dear Members,

We wanted to connect with you and wish you all the best for the upcoming holiday season and the fast-approaching new year. We have secured our next bargaining session with management on Thursday, January 22nd.  

Your bargaining committee has done a great deal of work over numerous bargaining sessions throughout this year. We are focused on adding important and meaningful language to our collective agreement; that will improve working conditions, strengthen rights, and increase compensation.

We recognize that many are anxious given the extended timeline to achieve our desired results. It is imperative that we stay committed to the process and deliver the best possible agreement for all our members. We continue to utilize all the data and input you have provided us; this is invaluable at strengthening our position at the table. Our goal is to deliver a strong and comprehensive tentative agreement as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience, input, and trust in our ability to reach our shared vision.
