The members of the TVO branch ratified at 94% the Memorandum of Understanding finally bringing a financial remedy to the moderation period imposed during the period covered by Bill 124. CMG members voted on this offer of remedy as the Canadian Media Guild participated in the legal challenge, joined by other unions.

Since the government is still appealing the initial court challenge, this vote brings immediate remedy in the form of retroactive wage increases to all our members.
