The following members are ex officio delegates to the 2025 Canadian Media Guild Convention: 

– All members of the National Executive Committee of the Guild 
– All members of the executive boards of the subsections 
– All presidents of local units (for CBC/Radio-Canada and The Canadian Press / Pagemasters) 

In addition to the delegates listed above, each local unit or subsection is entitled to a certain number of delegates according to the following formula: 1 delegate for every 50 members, and 1 additional delegate for every group of 75 members or any portion thereof.
