CMG instructors – Two members selected

We received over 20 applications from members interested in training to become volunteer instructors for the Canadian Media Guild.

We are delighted to announce that the following members have been selected:
Philip Moscovitch, (Freelance Branch) and David Pate, (CBC Branch)

The Education Committee reviewed all applications and selected the two participants  above to attend a training course for instructors offered by the Canadian Labour Congress this summer. All expenses including course costs, travel, per diem and leave will be covered.

We are also keeping a short list of applicants for the next available round of instructor training.

Thank you to all those who took the time to apply, and stay tuned for upcoming opportunities to participate in Union Education.
