The Canadian Media Guild is now taking applications for the Dispute Resolution course (in English) to be held October 14 to 16 in Toronto. The course is open to any Guild member.

Participants will learn the basic skills required for solving problems both in and out of the workplace. They will learn how to identify problems clearly, determine the needs of each side in a dispute, develop a solution that is fair and realistic, and work with both sides toward a mutually acceptable resolution.
