Guild leaders on the CBC Branch Executive will be meeting with CBC president Hubert Lacroix this Friday, May 22 in Toronto. This will be an opportunity to discuss and share our concerns with senior management about a variety of important issues.  These will include the devastating cuts and the ability of the CBC to deliver quality original programming, the 2020 plan and the Rubin inquiry aftermath.

If you would like to share your observations or have questions for the CBC president, please send it to info@cmg.ca  as soon as possible.   We will make every effort to get concrete answers.  We will be sharing the outcome of this discussion.

Also this weekend is the biennial CBC  Presidents Council. Your location presidents will be joining the Branch Executive for these discussions.
