The bargaining survey results are in and they show Fair Pay as a top priority for members, followed by benefits, paid and unpaid time off, and Job Security. As we head into negotiations starting March 29 and 30 for a first contract at Corus, these issues will be front and centre for our bargaining team.
Thanks to everyone who took the time to respond to the survey over the past weeks.
Each department has selected reps and they will be meeting next week to further develop proposals for bargaining.
